Amberly Alpacas is a prize winning herd of elite BAS registered Huacaya and Suri alpacas, located in the heart of the Clogher Valley in Co.Tyrone, Northern Ireland.
Established in 2006, Amberly Alpacas are one of the most experienced and advanced herds in Ireland. With an emphasis on ‘Quality over Quantity’, Amberly Alpacas has become the leading name for ‘All Things Alpaca’.
Owned and managed by Roger and Elaine Clarke, Amberly Alpacas are a member of the British Alpaca Society (BAS), the Alpaca Association of Ireland (AAI) and was one of nine herds who founded the Northern Ireland Alpaca Group (NIAG). Elaine is the secretary of the NIAG and a member of the BAS Fibre Committee, the BAS Welfare Committee and the BAS Suri Focus Group. Both Roger and Elaine are trained in Parasitology testing and Roger has recently passed his BAS Stage 1 Judge training.
